Mynaric appoints Mustafa Veziroglu as co-CEO

Since then, he has been responsible for all product-related operational activities within the company. In light of recent successes, he has been appointed Co-CEO effective February 1, 2023.
As the Gilching-based company announced in a press release, Veziroglu's role as co-CEO will focus Mynaric even more on the goals set for 2023. He will lead the manufacturer of laser communication products together with co-CEO Bulent Altan.

He feels honored to take over the management of the company together with Altan. And Altan is also more than satisfied with Veziroglu's appointment. Since his arrival, a number of important milestones have been achieved. Progress has also been made in ramping up production targets, he said. "I am excited that our supervisory board has recognized the tremendous added value he brings to Mynaric and it’s great to have him join me in co-leading the company through its next phase of growth."
As recently as mid-January, Mynaric had announced performance indicators. As it turned out, the self-imposed target of 250 planned units was exceeded (256). Most deliveries are scheduled to start in the second half of 2023 and continue until 2024. In addition, an order worth approximately $24 million is on the books. Product deliveries are scheduled for the second half of 2023. However, the identity of the U.S. customer is not known.
